Q: What is China's expectation for the 17th China-EU Summit? As an important economic partner of Greece, what are China's concerns over the Greek debt issue?

A: We have released information regarding your first question. Premier Li Keqiang will attend the 17th China-EU Summit in Brussels, visit Belgium, pay an official visit to France, and visit the headquarters of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) from June 28 to July 2. Premier Li Keqiang will co-host the Summit with European Council President Donald Tusk and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker, meet with President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, attend related supporting events and deliver speeches.

We hope that the Summit would help us enhance political mutual trust with EU's new leadership, deepen practical cooperation, advance China-EU partnership for peace, growth, reform and civilization and score new progress in the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership for mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.

As for the second question, leaders from China and the EU will have in-depth exchanges of views on issues of common interest. We hope progress could be made in the on-going consultation on the Greek debt issue to get Greece out of the crisis as soon as possible. China supports the European integration process and a strong Eurozone.

Q: When and how will China submit its document for Intended Nationally Determined Contributions regarding climate change?

A: We will, as promised, deliver the document for Intended Nationally Determined Contributions to the UNFCCC Conference of the Parties in the first half of this year. By then, you will know the details.
