H.E. Ambassador Mr. Yang Houlan Met with Vice Chairman of CPN (Maoist) CP Gajurel

On October 29, 2012, H.E. Ambassador Mr. Yang Houlan met with Vice Chairman of CPN (Maoist) CP Gajurel. They exchanged views on the Nepalese political situation and cooperation and exchanges between China and Nepal.
Gajurel said, CPN (Maoist) highly appreciate the role of China as one of the important friendly neighbors of Nepal. CPN (Maoist) hoped to make contribution to the friendly relations between the two countries and to enhance cooperation in fields of hydropower, tourism and culture exchanges.
Ambassador Yang hoped all Nepalese parties could narrow down their differences through negotiations jointly in order to break the political deadlock and to realize political stability and social economic development as soon as possible. China would continue to encourage qualified enterprises to invest in Nepal to achieve common development.
