On November 9-11, Lt Gen. Lang Youliang, the Political Commissar of Tibet Military Command led a delegation to visit Nepal.

The Delegation & President of Nepal

During the visit, Lang and his delegation called on President Yadav and held talks with Chief of Nepal Army Staff, General Gurung and the Secretary for Home Affairs Ministry Rana. The two sides exchanged views and reached important understanding on the interaction and border cooperation between the two armies. Both sides unanimously agreed to strengthen cooperation to jointly crack down on cross-border crimes, maintain tranquility on boarder areas and promote the stability and development of the two countries and the region.
